    The District Court, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri was established on 02-06-2022. Now the District has 11 Courts and one District Legal Service Authority, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri i.e (3) District Courts, (02) Senior Civil Judge Courts and (06) Junior Civil Judge Courts. Yadadri Bhuvanagiri Judicial District is newly carved district from the erstwhile Nalgonda District. The District Court, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri is having (THREE) taluka Courts i.e. at Ramannapet, Aleru and Choutuppal. Sri V. Bala Bhaskar Rao, was the first District and Sessions Judge, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri. The nomenclature of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District is said to have derived from the Lord Sri Yadagiri Laxminarsimha Swamy, located in Yadagirigutta Town, located 16 Kms from Bhuvanagiri town a famous preligrimaged place.     Sri Sri Sri Sri Matsyagiri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Devasthanam Temple at Vemulakonda is located 38 kms from Bhuvanagiri town. The temple is located on top of a hill with a beautiful view of the surroundings.The fish in the pond have a unique white mark (Sri Vishnu Namalu) on their head i.e., believed to be a blessing from the Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy.

    The Bhongir fort adorns the place from the time it was built in 10th century. Bhongir Fort was built on an isolated monolithic rock by the Western Chalukya ruler Tribhuvanamalla Vikramaditya IV in the year 1076 and was thus named after him as Tribhuvanagiri, later it was called as Bhuvanagiri.
    Surendrapuri was designed and built by Satyanarayana Kunda and it was opened to the public from May, 2003. It is located 10 km from the Bhuvanagiri Railway Station and 2 km from the Yadadri Bus Terminal

    Kolanupaka Temple is a Jain shrine at the village of Kolanupaka. The temple houses three idols: one each of Lord Rishabha, Lord Neminath, and Lord Mahaveer. The temple is about 30 kms from Bhuvanagiri town on the Hyderabad-Warangal Highway.The Kolanupaka Temple is said to be more than two thousand years old. In its present form, is more than eight hundred years old. It is believed that Jainism was prevalent in Telangana before the 4th century. Also, the Someshwara Temple is very famous, which was established by Chalukya’s about 800 years back. Kolanu means a Lake and Paka means a Hut. There used to be lots of lakes and huts and this caused to get this name.
